Cesar Razo, 2, died Saturday, June 25, 2005. Born Feb. 5, 2003, in Escondido, he lived there all his life. He enjoyed playing with toy cars, balls and watching cartoons. Cesar is survived by his grandmother, Matilde Razo of Escondido; sister Dulce Razo of Escondido; aunts Marivy Razo, Matra Razo and Ana Karen Razo, all of Escondido; uncles Luis Angel and Antonio Razo, both of Escondido; and cousins Jackie Mendoza and Ruby Bautista, both of Escondido. Viewing is scheduled from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary, 225 S. Broadway in Escondido. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, at the House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 795 N. Rose in Escondido.
