"Isabell Spilsbury Christensen, 80, died Tuesday morning in a local hospital of causes incident to age.
Born in Toquerville, Dec. 1, 1874, daughter of George Moroni and Roselia Spilsbury.

Educated at Toquerville, Manti and St. George. Attended BYU. Married Samuel Christensen in the St. George Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Teacher in Sunday School and Relief Society. Mr. Christensen died Sept. 8, 1953 (died in 1938).

Survivors; sons and daughters, Mrs. C.N. (Lolita) Stillman, Milton L., Salt Lake City; Dr. Eugene L. and Mrs. Sherman (Lucile) Draper, Los Angeles; Dr. S. Douglas, Bakersfield; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mrs. A.N. Leonard, Mrs. F.S. Harris, Salt Lake City; Archie Spilsbury, Toquerville; Erwin R. Spilsbury, Chicago.

Funeral Friday noon, Richards Ward Chapel. Friends may call at 260 E. South Temple. Thursday 6 to 8 p.m. and at the ward one hour prior to services. Burial in Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park."
