In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman and Marvin Starkey and son-in-law, Jerry Rigsby. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Brenda Rigsby and Judy and Roy Cannon both of McMinnville; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Janice Holt of McMinnville; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and four step-grandsons; sister, Bessie Jean Chisam of McMinnville and brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Hazel Starkey of McMinnville.
