She and her husband were longtime residents in Arlington and Great Falls, Virginia. She was also a longtime member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in vienna, VA.
She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 60 years, Eugene "Gene" Kafka and son, Allen.
Survivors include daughter, Marion Charvat of New Jersey; grandchildren, Darby, David, Douglas, Eric, Kathy, & Scott, and several great-grandchildren.
