Bud retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Chief Warrant Officer and served during World War II and the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
Bud is survived by his wife, Ederlina M. Greer; sons, Tim A. Greer and Nathan M. Greer, both of Eugene, Ore.; daughter, Robin D. Palmer of Ft. Worth, Texas; and four grandchildren, Aaron, Amy, Spencer and Anita.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Palm Mortuary 6701 North Jones Boulevard.
Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2009, both at Palm Memorial Park - Northwest.
