Edward Lenord Smith died at the age of 55 on Tuesday, June 11, in the South Davis Community hospital of Leukemia.
He was born June 6, 1908 in Eureka a son of Charles and Rachel Griffith Smith. He married Lillian Richins on Nov. 16, 1935, in Farmington.
He worked as a maintenance foreman at the Miller Floral Company, in Farmington. Member of Farmington First ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his widow, two sons, Edwin L., Salt Lake City; Larry G., Centerville; one daughter, Barbara Jo, Farmington; four grandchildren; one brother, Robert C., Miami, Ariz.; one sister, Mrs. Alice Snow, Casper, Wyo.
Funeral services Friday, 11:30 a.m. in Farmington First Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Union Mortuary, Bountiful, Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m., and at the ward chapel Friday 10 a.m. until services. Burial Farmington City Cemetery.
Buried June 13, 1963.
