15 April 1977: Amy E. Gambler, widow of Earl S. Gamber who died in 1952, died yesterday afternoon in the Lancaster General Hospital. She was 89. She was a resident of 50 Moravian St. Born in Pine Grove, she was a daughter of the late Noah and Mary Mease Kembel. She was a member of Hebron United Methodist Church and the Lebanon County Firemen's Auxiliary. She is survived by two daughters, Georgine M. wife of David R. Balmer and Maryetta A. wife of Arthur Whitman, both of Lebanon; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. [Lebanon Daily News]
