Bordo Citrus Products WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Vada A. Lasseter of Winter Haven died of cancer Friday, (June 20, 2003) at her home. She was 91. Born in Altha on March 3, 1912, she came here from Altha 85 years ago. She was a sectionizer for Bordo Citrus Products. She was a member of Bethel Church of God. Mrs. Lasseter was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Claude Lasseter. She is survived by her son, Robert Lasseter, Winter Haven; sister, Georgia McCroan, Altha, Ada Lasseter, Winter Haven and Mamie Hildreth, Panama City; six grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St., Bartow. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, P.O. Box 7129, Winter Haven, 33338. Whidden-McLean Funeral Home
