FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. ROSE FELDHACKER WILL BE HELD FRIDAY
Rose Theresa Feldhacker, 71, died at her home in Fordyce Tuesday. She had been ill two days.
Funeral services will be held at St. John the Baptist church, in Fordyce at 9:30 a.m., Friday, July 8. Msgr. B. H. Lordemann will officiate at the requiem mass. Burial will be in St. John's cemetery under the direction of Wintz Mortuary.
Mrs. Feldhacker is survived by nine daughters, Mrs. Joe Hunnekens, East Moline, Ill.; Mrs. Arlyn Stevens, Yankton, Mrs. Quentin Washburn, Cedar Rapids, Ia.; Mrs. Ferdie Meier, Randolph; Mrs. Jerome Litz, Hartington; Mrs. Jim Haberer, Fordyce; Mrs. Albert Noecker, Crofton; Mrs. Marvin Pesch and Mrs. Loren Eaker, St. Louis, Mo.
Nine sons, Hubert Schaefer, Merriman; John Schaefer, Hillsboro, Ore.; Maj. Clarence Feldhacker, Fort Lawton, Wash.; Leonard Feldhacker, Morris Ia.; LaVern Feldhacker, Omaha; Anton Feldhacker, Minneapolis, Minn.; John Feldhacker, South Sioux City; Louis Feldhacker, Crofton; Jake Feldhacker, Randolph.
Two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Welchert, Yankton; and Mrs. Seraphine, Kansas City, Mo.; and three brothers, Joe Haas, Minneapolis, Minn.; Charles Haas, Yankton; and John Haas, Sioux City.
Rose Theresa Feldhacker was born February 11, 1884 in Norwalk, Wis., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Haas. She came to Cedar county in 1888 and married Peter Heldhacker in Fordyce August 15, 1915. Mrs. Feldahcker was a member of the Christian Mothers.
