Mrs. Latham was born January 14, 1883 in Iowa, the daughter of Jacob and Rosa Gutbrod Grauer. She was married to Sylvester Latham, January 18, 1905, and had lived in Yamhill County for many years.
Surviving are sons, Cleo C. Latham of McMinnville and Marion C. Latham of Sheridan; brothers, William Grauer of Gresham, Jacob Grauer of Sheridan, Adam Grauer of Portland; sister Alice Brandt of Sheridan, 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
