Dora Butterfield Breeze, age 75, died Monday, April 13, 1992 at a local care center after a short illness.
Born May 18, 1916 in Murray, Utah to Elijah Alma and Sarah Channing Butterfield. Married Ross Vere Gardner Sept. 13, 1934; later divorced. Married Lester Carlisle Breeze Nov. 19, 1946; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Retired employee of Beehive Clothing. Active member LDS Church.
Survivors: sons and daughter, Gerald A. Gardner, West Jordan; Randy S. Breeze, Taylorsville; Mrs. Douglas (Shirley) Cromar, Holladay; Mrs. Gerald (Ann) Houskeeper, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lienhard (Janice) Hoppe, Taylorsville; 22 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother, Edward E. Butterfield, Murray. Preceded in death by husband, son, Ross Leon Gardner, two grandsons, parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 16, 1992, 1 p.m. in the Millcreek 6th Ward, 3805 South Main Street. Friends may call at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday at the church from 12-12:45 p.m. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
