Mr. Jennings was a farmer for the Claire "Jack" Adams farm near Rockfield, retiring in 1984. He and his wife moved to Delphi in 1984. He attended Delphi Wesleyan Church, and was a member of the Carroll County Farm Bureau. He enjoyed woodworking and gardening.
Surviving with his wife are a daughter, Dianna (Mrs. Jerry) Sneathen of rural Lafayette; a son, Jerry E. Jennings of rural Delphi; three sisters, Elcie Norris of Tennessee, Irene Crumpson of Myrtle Point, OR, and Vira Mae Vibbert of Camden; three brothers, Ray Jennings of Summer Shade, KY, Guy Jennings of Kentucky, and Bernice Jennins; and three grandchildren. He was predeceased by four sisters and one brother.
