DOUBLE FUNERAL TO BE HELD TODAY
Funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Jackley of Frankton, Ind. both of who died at the home of their daughter Mrs. L.A. Barth, 3002 North Capital Avenue, will be held from the Barth home this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
Buriel will be in Crown Hill
Mr. Jackley, who was 81 years old, died last Thursday after an illness of three years. His wife, Martha Dano Jackley, 80 years old, died Monday. She had been ill only a short time. They had spent the winter with Mrs. Barth.
Mr. Jackley, who was a veteran of the civil war was born in Albany, NY and lived in Frankton for twenty-nine years. He served in President Lincoln's bodyguard. Mrs. Jackley was born in Toronto, Canada. In additon to Mrs Barth, two daughters and six sons survive. They are Mrs. T.M. Holt of Washington, Mrs Fred Moore of New York, William Jackley of Washington Archer of Anderson, Ind, Dano and Waldo of Cameron, WV, Frank of Hastins, Fla, and Thomas Jackley of Charleston, W. VA. Thirty-three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive.
