Kenneth Stratton, 46, of Amarillo died Monday, March 2, 2009.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Bell Avenue Church of Christ with Glenn Walton officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St.

Mr. Stratton was born Oct. 19, 1962, in Amarillo. He attended Palo Duro High School. He worked as a foreman at Scrap Processing for more than 25 years. He also owned KAS Kars for five years.

Mr. Stratton was a member of North Amarillo Church of Christ. He married Tracy Taylor in Amarillo.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Myrtie Helms; and a brother, Johnny Stratton.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Brandy Stratton of Sayre, Okla., and Brittany Stratton and Cindy Moody, both of Amarillo; a son, Jeffery Stratton of New Waverly; his mother, Ruby Helms of Amarillo; his father, John Stratton Jr. of Dallas; two sisters, Sharon Stratton and Tammy Powers, both of Amarillo; four brothers, Doug Stratton, Robert Stratton and Tim Stratton, all of Amarillo, and Tuffy Stratton of Akron, Ohio; and 10 grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Healthcare, 6900 W. Interstate 40, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.
