The stone has sunk so that all of the last four lines of the inscription and part of the fifth have been obscured. Also a small part of the upper right corner has broken away. Fortunately, it was included in the Corey transcriptions published in the Register of the Malden Historical Society (No. 4, pg. 98).∼Married Thomas Sweetser 5 Sep, 1765.
