She was born July 23, 1922, in Potsdam, N.Y., the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Paschal) Blair.
At her request, there will be no calling hours or services. Spring burial will take place in Notre Dame Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to St. Mary-Murphy Funeral Home, Inc.
