MRS. F. H. OGLE BURIED AT DURHAM LAST FRIDAY
Mrs. Fred H. Ogle was buried on last Friday afternoon in the Durham cemetery, following funeral services in the Durham school building conducted by Rev. Pinkerton of Hammon and the Rebekah lodge.
Mrs. Ogle had been in poor health for some time but the immediate cause of her death which occurred Thursday, January 21, 1937 was penumonia. Surviving are her husband, Fred H. Ogle of Durham; one daughter, Mrs. Roy Whitson of Durham; and three sons, Frank of St. Louis, Mo.; Joe of Wichita Falls, Texas and Lawrence of Arizona. All were present at the time of her passing.
Mrs. Ogle came to the Durham community about thirty years ago from Indiana and had resided there continuously since that time. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother and a good neighbor. She became a Christian in early life and remained faithful to the last.
A large crowd of friends and neighbors at the funeral attested to the esteem in which Mrs. Ogle was held.
