Two men have been charged with murder after police say they assaulted and killed a Robertson County man this past weekend.
Jose Alvarado and Rigo Callazo are charged in the death of 20-year old Rafael Olivarez.
Police were called to the 1100 block of South Riley St. in Hearne on a call for medical treatment for an assault victim.
Officers found Olivarez and took him to St. Joseph's Hospital where he later died.
