Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at the House of Prayer Church, six miles north of Gore for Lon Garrison, 77, of Rt. 1 Gore, Ok. He died Friday morning in the Muskogee General Hospital.

Officiating will be the Reverend George Lake of Muskogee with burial in White Cemetery.

Lon, a great Christian worker, was born October 30, 1888 in Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Eddie, of the home; four sons, Jennings G. of Van Buren, Arkansas, Wilson G. of Fresno, California, Laymon G. of Vian and Garner G. of Gore: four daughters, Daisy Patton of Van Buren, Arkansas, Milly Anderson of Sacramento, California, and Mary Smith and Elma Hornback both of Gore, Ok.

One stepson, Allen Woffard of Oklahoma City; four stepdaughters, Gladys Walls, and Aline James, both of Gore, Ok. Vera Jackson of Fresno California and Elsie Cianciarulo of Sacramento, Ca.; 35 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one brother, J.R. Garrison of Muskogee, and one sister, Queen Powell of Gore.

Pallbearers will be Dewey Crum, Dutch Sourjohn, Edd Barnes, Bill Hutchings, R.L. Hefton and Clinton Hornback.
