Obituary for Pauline Arfsten:
Mrs. Hall was born Pauline Christine Arfsten, the daughter of Henry and Tillie (Schultz) Arfsten, on 28 October 1897, at Slayton, MN. Mrs.
The family of Mrs. Hall moved to eastern Colorado when she was a small girl. She graduated from Lincoln County High School with a teaching certificate. She was united in marriage with Murdoch Urquhart on 4 May 1920 at Colorado Springs.
After Murdoch died, Pauline went to live with her daughter, Lynetta and camily. During this time, Pauline had a dress shop.She then went to live in Seattle which was nearer her sister Hazel Kronke. It was then that she met Mike Hall (d. 1987) who she later married (1962).
Mr. Hall passed away in 1987.
Mrs. Hall was a member of the Presbyterian church, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, American Legion Auxillary and former member of the Rifle Creek Extension Club.
Lena passed away in Seattle, WA on 20 May 1991.
Survivors include 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Alex C. and Velma Urquhart of Grand Junction and Gillis M. Urqhart of Seattle; a daughter and son-in-law, Lynetta and Bill Druck of Portland, OR; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 greatgreat grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Gravesite Details

Graveside services for Mrs. Pauline Hall were held Tuesday, 28 May 1991, at Rifle Moose Cemetery. Rev. Dene Johnson officiated.The Sowder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
