"Jacob Gantz was my great-great grandfather and I have information that could be placed on his memorial.

His first wife was Catherine Green(ough) 1825 – 1842. They were married 3 Oct. 1839 in Carrolton, OH and they had two children Thomas Gantz 1840 – 1919 (my great grandfather) and
George C(lement) Gantz .

Jacob married his second wife Christian Elliott in 1844. They moved to Owen CO, Indiana in 1865. Her grave is in the same Gantz cemetery as Jacob. Find A Grave Memorial# 37470856.

Together they had 8 children (I have found 12). I also have all their names (Again, I have 12 as Richard C Gantz, Elmira Ella Gantz, Elizabeth (Gantz) Allen, Eleanor (Gantz) Baldon, Noah Gantz, Daniel Gantz, Christena (Gantz) Hammond/s, Wickliff Gantz, Charlotte (Gantz) Schatz, Jacob S. Gantz, Stephan Aaron Gantz, & Homer Van Gantz)
.

I would be happy to manage Jacob Gantz's memorial.

Thank you, Mary Ann Senger"
