Jospehine (Whiteford) Nevin was the daughter of Wellington and Priscilla (Simpson) Wlhiteford and wife of Edward Lewis. Dortha and Edward were born to the couple. Following Edward's death Josephine married James Nevin, Jr. Three children were born to the couple, Harold, Melvin and Carol.
