Gus worked for the Tacoma Pierce County Jail (in Tacoma) as a cook for many years until retirement. He had also previously cooked during his military service. He had a really wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh and make others smile and laugh too. He had a good relationship with his wife and was a good parent. He treated people with respect and most viewed him with respect for all these wonderful qualities.
