Graveside funeral services will be held in Knights VaIley cemetery tomorrow for Silas Brooks, 40, who died Monday in the county jail, presumably from internal injuries suffered in an automobile accident Sunday night. Brooks had been booked on a drunk driving charge. He died after being examined by two doctors.

An autopsy yesterday revealed a slight internal hemorrhage and bruised organs. An analysis of the stomach is now being made to determine what part, if any, alcoholism may have had in his death.

Time for an inquest into Brooks' death has not been set by the Coroner Fred Young.

Brooks was a native of Knights Valley. He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: J. M. Brooks, Calistoga; Mrs. Ella Hayes, Yuba; Mrs. Dale Hayes, Washington, and two half-brothers, Manuel Fenisbaugh of Lake county and Johnson Fenisbaugh of Yuba.

The services will be conducted by Welti Bros.
