She was a retired owner of a dry cleaning and tailoring shop in Winnfield. She was a member of First Methodist Church here and the Palestine Chapter No. 55, Order of the Eastern Star. She was a native of Winn Parish.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Sibyl Crippen and Mrs. Dorothy Martin, both of Winnfield; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
