Missouri death certificate # 32257 indicated he was in the Alms House in Springfield, MO. when he passed away. He was a male, white, single. Birth date, parents, place of birth, etc. all unknown. J W Klinger & Co funeral home. W M McDonald of the home was the informant. Interred in Hazelwood Cemetery September 27, 1938.

The long shot shows a view that would allow someone to find his area if they did not know the exact place. I had a print out of the lot with his name on it, and was able to locate him by a person named Annie Smith that has a stone and is in the lot. Frank does not have any monument, he is buried in the public grounds of Hazelwood Cemetery. Lot 833, Grave 39. The 4 flowers lined up are people buried next to him that do not have any monument either.

The flowers to the right of Frank Foy the orange and yellow ones. The flowers to the left of Frank are a very pale green, and a peach mix the are marking the place of David C Martin, and the pink mix flowers next to them are marking the spot of James Stafford.
