Charlene was the daughter of Charlie William Baird and Luevada Sides. Sister was Celia Ann Baird. Charlene married Leroy Walter Reeves and they had one son, Michael W. Reeves. Charlene was a public school teacher for many years.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Norman Rushing and the Rev. Kerry Wood officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Reeves was born Dec. 5, 1927, to Charles W. and Luevada Sides Baird. She married LeRoy Reeves on March 15, 1946, in Childress.
Survivors include a son, Mike Reeves; a sister, Celia Laurie of White Deer; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
