Nancy passed away at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

She was born in Homer, Louisiana to G. C., Sr. and Clara Brooke Baugh.

She moved to Port Arthur in June 1945, where she attended Port Arthur College. She worked as a secretary for Julian Salter Insurance Company for over twenty years. She was then Church Secretary for First Baptist Church, Port Arthur, North End Baptist Church and Friendship Baptist Church in Groves. She remained very active at First Baptist Church, Port Arthur, and had volunteered in many different ministries throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her brother, G. C. Baugh, Jr. and sisters Mable Hundley and Margie Pennington.

Nancy was survived by her loving daughter Nancy Bergeron and husband Glen, sisters-in-law, Edith Johnson and Sandra Nettles, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
