Written in Sophia Parry's 1863 Bible: Miss Sophia Parry, Dolycorslwyn Hall, Her Bible, February 16th 1864. A 1972 reply to Dorothy Frazier from The National Library of Wales, states that Dolycorslwyn is a residence in the parish of Cemais, also in Montgomeryshire, but far distant from Guilsfield. The marriage certificate of Sophia and Ishmael Thomas was signed by Sophia with an X as her mark. Sophia is buried with her son Albert.
