FUNERAL MONDAY OF MRS. LEE JONES

The funeral of Mrs. Lee Jones, who died last week in Birmingham, Ala., was held Monday afternoon from the residence of her father, Mr. C.S. Baker, Rev. A.M. Fraser, D.D., assisted by Rev. R.C. Jett, both of whom are warm personal friends of the family, conducted the services. The floral designs were both numerous and beautiful, many of them coming from distant cities.

The active pallbearers were Dr. Glasgow Armstrong, Dr. R.P. Bell, Dr. Kenneth Bradford, and Messrs. A.W. Blackley, J.L. Witz, B.O. Blackford, W.B. McFarland and David Funsten; honorary, Judge G.M. Harrison, Captain J.N. McFarland, and Messrs. W.H. Landes, C.R. Caldwell, H.A. Walker, Marshall Hanger, McHenry Holliday, J.R. Gregory, J.S. Cochran and W.P. Gooch.

The interment was in Thornrose, Mrs. Jones' remains being laid to rest beside the grave of her mother, who was buried only a few months ago.
