Harold, the nine-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. N. Alford, died Sunday after an illness of only a few hours. Death was caused by the bursting of a blood vessel in the brain. Harold was a bright and promising boy and his death was a shock not only to his parents and relatives, but to the entire community. The funeral was held from the Baptist church Tuesday afternoon and was attended by very many sorrowing friends and neighbors. The entire community joins in sympathy for the sorrowing family.
