Edward Kauth died at his home, 104 Wabash avenue, yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock after a year's illness of cancer of the stomach, aged forty-two years, eleven months and eight days. Mr. Kauth was a native of Germany, and had been a resident of Akron for nearly 20 years. For a number of years he had been Superintendent of St. Bernard's cemetery.
