On January 24, 1665, she married, as his second wife, Thomas Tilden, in Marshfield, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He was the son of Nathaniel and Lydia Huckstep Tilden.
Mary and Thomas may have had as many as eight children born in Marshfield. It is not known if Mary outlived Thomas, who died about 1704, but she probably did as she was much younger than him. Her date of death and burial place are unknown.
