Reginald was a retired pianist and traffic manager for WSVA radio station.
He moved to Harrisonburg in 1935 and was employed by WSVA from the station's opening until he retired in 1985. He also was a pianist during the big-band era with the Hal Kemp Orchestra, Ray Houser and the Royal Virginians, and Ray Frye and the Virginians.
