Ruth Hinds, 50, of Sunrise Beach, a former resident of Pleasant Hope and Springfield, died early Sunday at the Still Hospital in Jefferson City, after a lengthy illness.
A resident of Sunrise Beach, since December, Mrs. Hinds had lived in Kansas City the previous 15 years.
Survivors include her husband, Homer; a daughter, Ethel Sue Kidder; a son, Clyde Ross Epperson; three sisters, Mrs. Walter Scroggins, Chloe Collins, Camdenton, Nonna Handley; a brother, Clyde Garrett; and four grandchildren.
Burial will be in Bellview Cemetery north of Springfield.
