Frances Bramwell
Former Bremerton resident Frances Bramwell, 92, of Woodinville died Tuesday in Woodinville. She had lived in Bremerton for more than 40 years.
She was born in Preston, Idaho, to Martin H. and Arita May (Porter) Campbell. She graduated from Weber State College in Ogden, Utah, in 1937 and from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 1940.
On May 12, 1943, she married Dr. G. Paul Bramwell in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Bramwell was a homemaker and mother of eight children who enjoyed cooking, travel, watching sports and taking care of others. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a sister, five brothers and a grandson, Derek Kuettel.
Survivors include two sons, Steve Bramwell and his wife, Lynda, of Woodinville and John Bramwell and his wife, Suzanne, of Orem, Utah; six daughters, Pat Dodge and her husband, Ken, of Silverdale, Jane Barfuss and her husband, Mike, and Kaye Bair and her husband, Doug, all of St. George, Utah, Georgia Sauter and her husband, Richard, of McKinney, Texas, Sue Heath and her husband, Bruce, of Springville, Utah, and Rhonda Kuettel and her husband, Mike, of Gilbert, Ariz.; a brother, Carmi H. Campbell of Tremonton, Utah; 51 grandchildren; and 63 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Woodinville Third Ward, 18860 NE Wood-Duvall Road in Woodinville. A memorial service follows at 4 p.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Silverdale Stake Center, 9256 Nels Nelson Road in Bremerton. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bremerton.
