He was born Sept. 1, 1971, in Anderson and had lived in Peoria for two years.
He was a graduate of Anderson High School and attended Vincennes University. He served in the U.S. Navy during Desert Storm.
Survivors include his parents, David and Nancy (Englund) Bailey of Anderson; brother, Scott and Wendy Bailey and a nephew, Brady Bailey all of Franklin, Ind.; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service in Anderson with the Rev. Jim Lyon officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Madison Park Church of God.
