CEDARVILLE NEWS
Eli Earl, a man well known throughtout Cumberland County, a retired farmer and also a Civil War veteran, died yesterday morning about 5 o'clock at his son's residence, William Earl. On Monday he seemed to be as well as usual and was out about town. The illnss that suddenly seized him was very severe and his death came as a shock and surprise to his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the residence of his son, William Earl at Cedarville, on Friday, July 17, at 12 o'clock. Services in Baptist Church Cedarville at 1 o'clock. Interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedarville.

A QUIET WEDDING
A quiet wedding took place in South Camden on Wednesday, Feb. 7th. The contracting parties were Miss Elizabeth Harvey, of South Camden, and Mr. Eli Earl, of Centre Grove. Mr. Earl is one of the oldest and most widely known residents of Cumberland county, being owner of hundreds of acres of timberland in South Jersey.
Rev. J. M. Norris, of Camden, tied the nuptial knot which starts Mr. Earl on his second journey through matrimony. The "News" extends congratulations.
