Born in Wabash, Ind., he moved to Melbourne from Kissimmee in 1981. He was a retired foreman of a tool and die company and a member of the Church of Nazarene.
Survivors: wife, Helen; daughters, Linda Glazier, Palm Beach Gardens, Sally Howard, Plainfield, Ind.; son, James, Fort Wayne, Ind.; sister, Bernice Madeira, Wabash; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Brownlie and Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne.
