Mary married Henrich Dehnke May 11, 1875. She was the daughterof Peter and Angel (Imbrook) Rosebrock. Henrich and Mary were both active members of St. John Lutheran Church in Ridgeville Township Henery County, Ohio wherethey are buried. They had 8 children, Dora, William, Mary, Anna, Henry, Emma, Louise, Emil.. Mrs. Dehnke was born in Hanover, Germany, October 15, 1850, a daughter of Peter and Emily (Imbrock) Rosebrook. Her parents were native Hanoverians, having been born early in the nineteenth century, and were of German Lutheran stock. All their five children were born in Hanover, namely: Mrs. Mary Dehnke; William,Fred,Henry,and Dora.
Mrs. Dehnke's parents emigrated to America in 18?9. They took passage on a steamship at Bremen, and after twelve days arrived in Baltimore. From there they came to Ohio and to Napoleon, and soon afterwards located in Freedom Township. Mrs. Dehnke's father died there at the age of seventy and her mother a little later
