Juliette B. Harris, 91, passed away peacefully in her home in St. Augustine on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011. A native of Chicago, Ill., she resided in St. Augustine for the past 36 years.
She was the mother of two, grandmother of five and great-grandmother of three.
Juliette, along with her late husband Fred, founded TepeeTown and The Christmas Shop in 1975 along with several other businesses still in operation today.
They were also very instrumental in the construction of the permanent home for the St. Augustine Duplicate Bridge Club. She was a life master in the ACBL.

Survivors include her daughter, Gail Harris Rogers (Gary); her son, Fred J. Harris (Lynn); her five grandchildren, Jaime Harris, Gary Rogers, Stacey Rogers, Julie Rogers, Frederick G. Harris (Hayley); and her three great-grandchildren, Corey Harris, Gabe Harris, and Danielle Harris.

There will be a visitation from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, with the funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at Craig Funeral Home, followed by burial at Craig Memorial Park next to her beloved husband Frederick.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children"s Hospital (Memphis, Tenn.) and/or Community Hospice of Northeast Florida in her name would be appreciated.
