She married Elijah Palmer Mossburg April 1892 in Wells county, Indiana. She proceeded her husband in death.

Mrs. Mossburg Is Claimed By Death

Former Resident Of Liberty Center Dies At Home Tuesday Night

Mrs. Mary Mossburg, 63, former resident of Liberty Center, died at 10:10 Tuesday night at her home at 2107 South Calhoun street in Fort Wayne. She had been in poor health the past two years.
Mrs. Mossburg was born at Liberty Center. She had resided in Fort Wayne the past 29 years.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Jane Johnson, of Liberty Center; two daughters, Miss Lola Mossburg and Mrs. Mabel Nahrwald, both of Fort Wayne; a son Roy Mossburg, of Liberty Center; two brothers, George and Estal Johnson, of Liberty Center; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Mossburg, of Liberty Center, and Mrs. Maude Edington, of Waterloo; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Liberty Center Baptist church. Burial will be in the Mossburg cemetery.

note: Mary E. (Mollie) Johnson (1877-1940) is the d/o Adoniram Judson Johnson (1848-1918) and Jane Isadare Klingel (1851-1944). Mary married Elijah Palmer Mossburg (1869-1951) who is the s/o James Tolliver Mossburg (1827-1909) and his first wife, Isabell Elizabeth Sarah Mounsey (1824-1869).
