A Tragic Accident
One of the saddest tragedies to occur in Concordia happened Tuesday afternoon, December 28, about 3:30 o'clock, in the basement of the home of Mrs. Carl Conley, on West Seventh street, when Warren Heffernon, jr., was accidently shot with a 38 calibre revolver and died shortly after 6 o'clock, in the St. Joseph hospital, where he was taken following the accident.
