J. T. Greenhalgh Succumbs at 81 At Nephi Home
NEPHI—James Thomas Greenhalgh, 81, died Wednesday at the family residence following a lingering illness. Born Feb. 27, 1874, at Nephi he was a son of William and Ellen Pass Greenhalgh. He married Ellen Adah Orme of Nephi Dec. 16, 1896, at Nephi. He was a farmer and stockman. Survivors include several daughters and sons: Mrs. R. L. (Wanda) Blackett, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Florence Beal, Nephi; Mrs. Clarence (Bessie) Paystrup, Levan; Mrs. George (Ida) Sperry, Nephi; and J. Earl and Roy W. Greenhalgh, Nephi; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers: Joseph H. and Herbert H. Greenhalgh, Nephi. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. at First-Second LDS chapel under the direction if Bishop Roy Gibson. Friends may call Thursday evening and Friday until time of services at the family home. Burial will be Nephi City Cemetery.
