Information per C. Durkee's 1878 cemetery report. Per the records of the Providence Baptist Church of Christ in Hagadorn Mills he is probably the Joshua Swan who was listed as a member of the church in 1794 from Norway. (Most likely the Town of Norway Herkimer County).
