Charlotte Jenkins of Georgetown, Floyd County, Indiana, being of sound mind, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament. I revoke all former wills that I have made

First: I will and direct a monument shall be placed at the head of my grave and that of my husband Leroy Jenkins, not to exceed two hundred dollars in value, and not less than one hundred and fifty dollars.
Second: - I will and bequeath unto my grand daughter Greta Childers of the state of Kansas, one hundred and fifty dollars, which shall be her full and distributive share in the final settlement of my estate.
Third:- I will bequeath unto my grand daughter, Annie Oallis, twenty five dollars and to my grand daughter Hattie Reagan, fifty dollars. Said amounts shall be their full distributive shares in the final settlement of my estate.
Fourth:- I will and bequeath unto my son Plesent Jenkins, extra one hundred dollars, said amount shall not be charged against him in the final division of my estate.
Fifth:- I will and request that all my just debts be paid including my last sickness and funeral expenses.
Sixth:- The rest and residue of my estate then remaining, real, personal and mixed, of every description and wherever situated, I will and bequeath to my four sons.
