She was born March 8, 1942, in Newport, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Sparks Seevers. She was a former employee of the former Colin Anderson Center and a graduate of Newport High School. Her hobbies included crocheting and playing cards.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Kenneth Malone; her children, Melody Jill Malone Turchik and her husband, Jay, Menday Malone and her fiance, Ed Banghart, and Kenneth (Jake) Malone and his wife, Missy; and her only grandson, Travis Malone, all of St. Marys; sisters, Anna Mae Eddy of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Mary Death of Marietta; one brother, Charles Seevers and his wife, Janice, of Marietta; three loving sister-in-laws, Anita Colvin, Sandy Seevers and Joyce Seevers; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Donald Seevers.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Pastors Mike Hoover and Pastor Richard Cale officiating. Interment will be in the Willow Island Cemetery, Willow Island, W.Va. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
