According to the 1910 census, Priscilla Callaway was a widowed Black woman, who was born in 1831 in Virginia (which has several implications). The birthplace of both of her parents was also listed as Virginia.

Priscilla's husband's name was Richard. According to Minneapolis city directories, Priscilla was widowed before 1899 (she is listed as "widow of Richard" in the annual directories for 1899-1905). The home in which she lived at that time (531 Pierce St NE, Minneapolis) appears to no longer exist.

Priscilla was disinterred from this cemetery in April of 1912 and buried elsewhere. If you have any information on her final burial place, I would greatly appreciate that information.
