Olivia Holliday Adams, 92, widow of Arthur C. Adams Sr., of Bradley Boulevard, died Aug. 31, 2005.

Born in Belton, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lilly Pearl Holliday.

Mrs. Adams was employed with Rawlins-Allen Portrait Studio for 25 years. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church and taught Sunday school for over 40 years.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Maria A. and Dr. Robert H. Wright of Suffolk, Va.; her son and daughter-in-law, Arthur and Luci Adams Jr. of Greenville; two grandchildren, Bradley Wright of Louisville, Ky., and Travis Wright of White Plains, Md.; and two great-grandchildren, Brooke Marie Wright and Emma Catherine Wright.

Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at White Oak Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jim Bates and Bradley Wright, grandson, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family is at the home, and will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritans Purse.
