August 14, 1986 Cooper Review- Archie Marion Ainsworth, Route 1, Klondike died Wednesday, August 6 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Paris. He was 77 years of age. Services for Mr. Ainsworth were held August 8 at 2PM in McClanahan and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jimmy Rose and the Reverend Guile Seigler officiating. Burial was made in the Shiloh Cemetery. Mr. Ainsworth was born May 27, 1909 in Eastland County, a son of Hiram and Eva Catherine Lowe Ainsworth. He married Hildred Alexander on June 14, 1936 in Klondike. He had lived in Klondike since 1918. He was a farmer and rancher and was a retired employee of the Texas Highway Department. He was a Baptist. Surviving are his wife of the home, a son Marion Ainsworth of Cooper, two daughters, Kay Moore of Commerce and Kathey Shaffer of Klondike; two sisters, Mrs. Exlix Humphries of Yowell and Mrs. Mabel Nelson of Commerce, seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jim Ainsworth, Danny Humphries, Billy Joe Ale Stewart, Mike Rushing and Ray Blevins.
